At Gadget Xpress, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- We require proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products not returned in their original condition.
- Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable).
How Refunds Work:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
- In case of COD orders, we'll request your bank details to issue the refund.
