Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • We require proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products not returned in their original condition.
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable).

How Refunds Work:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
  • In case of COD orders, we'll request your bank details to issue the refund.
